We regret to inform you, that our efforts concerning publication
in Springer LNCS did not succeeded. The reason is very basic -
KKIO is a program conference of PTI and thus it has only national
coverage. Ultimate answer

In this situation it has been decided that the conference materials
would be published by IOS Press.
We apologize authors for such an unpleasant situation very much.

regarding qualification of abstract send by authors
Every paper has been reviewed by three reviewers - members of the
KKIO'2005 Program Committee
and gained opinion of the Committee presidium.
• 78 abstracts was received,
• 30 abstracts was qualified to be delivered during the
conference,
• 8 abstracts was qualified to be presented as posters.
