About DAIS
DAIS denotes a series of international working conferences on distributed applications and interoperable systems, sponsored by the International Federation of Information Processing (IFIP). The first DAIS conference was organised in Cottbus, Germany, in 1997. The second DAIS took place in Helsinki in 1999.
The conference program has always aimed at presenting the state of the art in research concerning distributed and interoperable systems. In this topical research area much activity is currently in progress, with innovating contributions arising regularly. The DAIS series of conferences is one of the main international forums where these important findings are reported.
